Cheap tool does the job
Better than the normal tool usually provided with extension sockets as it has a sleeve trimmer built in to remove the outer plastic tidily without damaging the inner wires. Fairly flimsy would not suit as an everyday tool for a tradesman but for the DIYer to do an occasional job OK. For this purpose I would recommend.

I mainly wanted it to strip the insulation off tiny telephone cables, but that part did not work well for me. The insertion tool may be OK, but I have no need of that facility.
