I ordered BLACK and was sent GREY. Seller apologised, accepted blame, offered refund and it still hasn't arrived. Initially wanted me to accrpt £4.00 partial refund, refused then they wanted me to pay for return, argued that it was against consumer act 2015 regarding description of goods, then they sent a postage label, but then agreed to refund in lieu of return. £21.89 still hasn't been issued. Shall open case with Ebay. Substitution of goods to those ordered is poor practice and illegal.
