    Going by the info, and Altberg Boots recommending or saying you should only use Leder Gris, which goes on after getting wet and will waterproof the boot. Then Leder Gloss: this as the name suggests is for a high shine finish to your shoes or boots. You pay pennies and you get a penny product. These seem like the real deal and feel better about using my boots in wet conditions after using these waterproofer, and polish.
