Worked Well...
This blend door actuator worked well in our 2008 Impala and is easy to change if it's behind the glovebox. Other than the 5.5mm screws that hold the unit on there are no other fasteners to take off if your clicking actuator is the one to the left of the glovebox. The recirculation door is also behind the glovebox and appears to be fairly easy to change. Make sure to first unplug the unit before you remove. Turn and align the actuator on the pin while engaged to the blend door then bolt in. Plug it in after the actuator is secure. If you do it this way the chances are less you will have to recalibrate.This blend door actuator worked well in our 2008 Impala and is easy to change if it's behind the glovebox. Time will tell
This is the second one I have replaced on this car. The first one (the one that came with the car) lasted about 5 years. The second one lasted 11 months so this time I bought one in a AC Delco bag hoping for 5 years. Only time will tell.

Get the ac delco brand you will be glad you did.
I prefer the Delco brand because it lasts longer and the. Drivers side actuator is a pain to change. Definitely get the delco brand for this job.
