Hot Water Sooner!!!
This was a replacement for the original smaller plate heat exchanger which had developed a leek. The replacement arrived very quickly & fitted the Potterton Promax 28HE Plus perfectly & is giving much better results than the original. An excellent quality product.

Good valve part
The part was delivered in a timely manner and was a very good price. The only negative comment that I would make is that the O rings that were supplied with it were slightly smaller than those that were on the original heat exchanger and couldn't therefore be used. Not a major problem since the original O rings were still water tight.
