Flowrate rather feeble on 1 bar pressure from header tanks in loft, but after taking out the check valve in the hot inlet it's OK. Could not seat the flow control ring onto the splines properly without leaving out the flow control stop ring. Finally, the shower would not go properly hot at first, but after I turned the cold supply isolation cock off and on again it works fine. Weird but OK
