    Great value product

    I began taking Biotin about a year ago when I began experiencing a weakness in my fingernails, which until then had always been quite strong, they were not only breaking and splitting but also breaking in layers. I read up on biotin and began taking one daily and after a short period of time the problems with my nails had gone, I had tried other products first like protective nail varnishes etc but none of them worked.

    Not seen any difference yet

    I have only been taking these for just over a week. I've not noticed any difference yet. Although I do have to have b12 injections as body won't store it from food /oral tablets naturally, could be the same with these. Or more time may be needed.

    Biotin

    I have been on biotin for about 6 months I'm a 43 year man who could not grow a beard not even side burns now I have almost a full beard I have hair grown on my face that has never grown before I highly recommend this for any man that has the same problem as me and just simply wants to grow a beard. My skin is healthy and my finger and tow nails need cut twice as often and are strong and healthy. And my beard is not patchy all the bald bits have filled in. I wish I had descovered this years ago it would have really helped with my confidence

    Biotin tablets

    Iv only been using these for a week so to early to tell if they are working, that's why I only gave them 4 stars. Iv read good reviews on them so fingers crossed, at the moment I'm suffering with alopecia , I'm hoping they will help my hair to come back on my bold patch. Iv also noticed in the last week my nails arnt so brittle like they were a few weeks ago. I will update after a month to two months
