This computer was discovered in my search for a "touch screen gaming laptop" while gift shopping. In its description, it was supposed to support light gaming and have a touch screen. No touch screen and no damn video card capable of playing games. Total sham. I tried within twenty minutes of original purchase to cancel, and it listed as "shipped" on Thanksgiving when there's no mail. I feel totally ripped off!

Bought this laptop brand new. 15 months later off warranty the AC port adapter broke, system couldn't recognize adapter and the adapter plug would fall right out. DELL chooses to do business with the Chinese but when their parts fail, it's the customer left holding the bag.
