Item arrived quickly and was packaged safely but there was a lot of rust on the blade and in the teeth I have spoken to the seller & they offered to give me some money back off the price of I keep it...I am waiting for the relevant department to sort it out at the moment. I'm not sure if this rust will spread all over the blade and ruin it. But I have been advised to oil the blade with a lubricant. You get what you pay for but I have no idea how much a scythe/sickle should cost anyway.

    Hanging wooden bird table

    Bought this wanting to replace my old standing bird table. It was easy to put together, feels quite sturdy but isn't over heavy. It's a little bit smaller than I expected (even though I took the measurements!) but the smaller birds won't have a problem at all. I haven't put it outside yet as I want to protect the wood with some stain .. but once that's done I look forward to seeing the birds enjoying their feed. I will be putting a shallow plate on the table so that it can be removed and cleaned easily .. which I've done in other bird feeding tables.

    Rubbish and not as picture

    The picture here and on the box is very misleading as it is not what you get. Item poorly made and thin rough material. Hard if not impossible to put together so I stuck it. Again the product is not as the picture. Do not buy.

    well made for the price

    it needed a little sanding, brought proper paint o protect it from the weather, easy to put to together. I love it and so does all the birds, it took a few days for them to get used to it, before I brought it, I read a few bad reviews but I am very happy. I have just brought another one.

    Easy to assemble

    This is easy to put together and the birds love it. Roof keeps the food dry. We have added chicken wire around it to stop the squirrels.

    Great little feeder!!

    Really pleased with the quality of this bird feeder, it is well made and easy to assemble and after a light coat of wood preservative it should last a good few seasons. The price is really good considering free postage, which by the way was very quick, so all in all a great purchase.
