For the price this is an amazing effects pedal. I love all of the settings and the ability to make modifications and create new presets of my own. The pedal is easy to use and lots of fun, great sounds can be had for a very reasonable price !! I also have a Line 6 Pocket POD and find this pedal comparable in everything but size. This is not necessarily a pedal for someone that is playing in a band every weekend, or every night. But for the casual player this is an amazing pedal. Don't know if it would stand up to a lot of use or set up, tear down, and hauling around.
One of the great features of this pedal is how many custom configurations are available. One of the bad features of this pedal is likewise, how many available configurations there are... just kidding... -kind of. I downloaded the user manual (this device is a paperweight without it) and once past the learning curve, customizing it was a little quicker. The down side is out of 80 banks, 40 of them are factory presets which cannot be changed. Wouldn't be so bad if the banks were loaded with usable/desirable effects, but it seems as though they were more interested in showing what all you COULD do with it, instead of programming useful effect ranges. As I stated earlier, with the patience, you can get just about any sound you want. The mod pedal has a good full sweep which can be adjusted too. This pedal is nothing, if not adjustable. For the price, would recommend it, just for the 40 user-configurable effects banks. You can custom contour just about any effect you want from scratch, although the reverb is somewhat confined. Should have set just 10-20 banks as presets leaving 60-70 open to user settings. Would suggest wearing cowboy boots to keep from hitting both pedals at once! Hitting both bypasses the effects and could leave you very high and dry during a performance. Suitable for recording if you can get/keep the noise down.Read full review
This is an easy to use and affordable foot pedal. The presets are a breeze to use, and setting them up your way in user presets is quick and easy. If you are the least bit familiar with guitar effect pedals, you will probably understand how to use it,program and store settings within 30 minutes. I also like the quality of the effects like Chorus,Flange, Phaser, Wah,Compressor etc. as they are simply set from a scale of 1-10. The best part is you can use most of them simultaneously. I mainly use the chorus and delay, along with a great preset rock guitar sound and a 100 W amp and 4x12 bottom.

I think this pedal would have been great new, however I got it with somebody else's idea of what effects should be....It took me a few hours to adjust the knobs and switches to get the right sounds....over all it is good for jamin and practicing in the basement with your buds!...This is not a gig pedal in any way, to many hand adjustments and to long to scroll thru the presets for any type of solo work. If this is your first or maybe your only pedal, it makes a great learning tool...(you get to understand effects and that "no tube screamer don't sound good when playing amazing grace") lol ...good luck
This is a cool little multi-effect for practice or jamming with your buds. Get the owner's manual on digitech's website[free download] and play with it. Its alot of fun and has alot of settings to play with. If you have big feet its kinda hard to stomp the pedals due to their small size. I dont know how many times I have hit both pedals and put the thing in by-pass mode.LOL! It takes alot of abuse and keeps working,though. I really like the expression pedal with the 2 octave up wammy.
