I did send an email.mail requesting new delivery and courier info. They didn't respond. It arrived the next day. The courier service did advise me that they would be delivering that day. However, when the pots finally arrived I was more then satisfied with the over all condition/ size. They'd also been securely packaged. Has I said before, shame about the service.
