      It works for me

      I am on a low carb diet and need extra fibre, this product provides this. 2 teaspoons of Benefiber in my morning coffee provides 3 grams of fibre. It's tasteless non thickening I take coffee black no sugar and I can't tell I have it in my drink. I wish we could get it in the UK, we use to. Much nicer than popping pills

      This is undetectable in a cup of tea and is beneficial if you have a sluggish digestive system. Tried fibre drinks but a whole glass of thickened sludge did not suit me. This was recommended to me by a clinic and although it is a little expensive I only need a spoonful a day so is well worth it.

      The best product for those that need a high fibre diet

      The powder is quickly and totally soluble in water unlike other products which take an age to dissolve or end up like frogspawn.
