The quality was great and the repaired tv remote worked perfectly, (once I had peeled off the old ‘paper thin white sticker’ with the old buttons stuck to the circuit board - as per the instructions which were very clear. ) The Harmony tv remote is no longer manufactured, or supported, so it was great to be able to repair it, and at a good price. I’m very happy with this product

I own three of the great Harmony 650's and they were starting to have slight button issues. Once I found your product, I knew what I had to do. I ordered three of your BW-LH700 Put-In-Place kits. Well they arrived promptly and I installed all three in my Harmony remotes. By far the hardest part is carefully prying open the case, after that it's a piece of cake. All the remotes work perfectly again and I'm a happy customer.

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
