A robust quality product with a nice tapered lever
The new lever is much more positive than the original and has a stronger reverse gate. The Pivot of lever is exposed and if used in a road car would benefit from a simple gaiter to project the grease

Very notch and sticky going from gear to gear and it vibrates in a high rev have to hold gear stick to stop it , it’s very annoying
