Modalità di recesso

Nel caso in cui, dopo l'acquisto, desideri recedere dall'acquisto medesimo, è necessario seguire la seguente procedura:

1) Entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto (data di consegna certificata dal corriere) devi inviare una comunicazione tramite l'apposito modulo ebay contatta venditore.

2) Un operatore ti risponderà per l'organizzazione logistica.

3) L'oggetto verrà ritirato dai nostri corrieri con porto assegnato (pagherete la spedizione al corriere in base alle nostre tariffe).

4) Successivamente un nostro operatore effettuerà il rimborso dell'importo dei prodotti restituiti entro 30 giorni dalla restituzione, dopo aver verificato l'integrità della merce.
