BEWARE
It is advertised s have "no fumes" but that's not true. The odor is so strong that as a friend said who used it first, "it's felt worse than squeezing lemon juice in my eyes". The fumes were so strong that I couldn't even get close enough to put on ANY lashes. It was $9.99 a bottle which is expensive. I finally found a local beauty supply store which had just re-opened and got a different bottle at half the price. I have a high tolerance for pain if it relates to beauty but this product just plain dangerous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.It is advertised s have "no fumes" but that's not true.
