Not bad for the price!
Now don't expect VW quality for the price but that said these are very good indeed. This is the 2nd one I've fitted (did drivers door 1st). Fitting was a breeze. Old bolts wound into the new threads with no issue. You do have to swap the plunger, pull cord and cable from the old unit to the new one but that was no problem either. They don't do a bad job of that 'Sounds like a golf' when you close the door. Also working ok with lock & unlock on the remote, although the solenoid/plunger sound is a bit different. Think it might be a bit weaker than the original one. The one thing I cannot answer is how long they will last.
