    Surprising

    Magnesium spray was recommended to me, Im on regular meds as I live with chronic pain conditions, I used a little so far on my wrist and helped a little, I will keep on using this, magnesium spray, to hopefully get more relief. :)

    Oil Spray - Magnesium

    Using it to spray at the bottom of my bed at night for restless leg and cramps. Only been using a week so not sure if it is actually working or a placebo effect. Ill keep spraying though and maybe rty one night without to see what happens

    Jumping feet.
