I have been buying vitamins for over 30 years and I am very pleased to say thanks to vitamins I am healthy mobile and active. I have had Arthritis and bone problems which started 40 years ago. .... I can safely say that long term use of certain vits and minerals have slowed down the more serious effects of the ageing process. I first noticed the positive effects of the use of them about 6months after I started regular use of the vits.
