Had 3 raclette first timers around my Boxing Day table today - they loved it! This cheese was tastier than the raclette my friend brings back from Switzerland! Arrived in a special chilled box. Only found one delicatessen on the Isle of Man that sells raclette but they were extremely unhelpful about supplying any for Christmas so resorted to Ebay. Glad I did!
