The Seller was unwilling to accept or negotiate a reasonable offer below their asking price. I accidently bought from them instead of another seller. The crackmeter is suitable, but came without mounting fasteners, proper packaging nor instructions. It was wrapped in too much plastic and taped with strong adhesive - making it impossible to recycle the plastic. And then put into a too large of an envelope. Such a waste. I can see why the Seller didn't budge on the price. It went into wrapping.
