Small but functional!
Just brought the sabre supra backpack and I have to say, it’s a very nicely made piece of kit. My only concern is with the zips as the fabric that goes around / over the zips is quite generous and therefore poses a risk of getting caught in the zip. On the plus side, it is added protection from the rain. The bag is slightly smaller than I thought it would be and I have struggled to squeeze all of my so called “essentials” into it. That said we all take way too much gear with us and could probably do with scaling back a bit on the amount of tackle to take on the bank. I have only used the rucksack once so far, for a beach fishing trip, the bag easily took all I needed to carry with room to spare. It stayed firmly in place on my back using the waist and chest straps. On the soft sandy beach the bag stood well on its base and I chose to access my gear through the top opening which gave a good view of the contents. All the zips operate smoothly, I would happily recommend this rucksack. Fantastic rucksack.
Quality rucksack, perfect for the roving river angler or the day session. Padded and comfortable to carry about. Some say that the chest strap is too high. However I've found that not to be the case if the shoulder straps are tightened correctly. Surprising really how much gear you can get in it for the size. Well worth the investment for any angler or walker alike.
