El Usuario dispondrá de un plazo de 14 días para resolver la compraventa sin penalización alguna. Dicho plazo se computará a partir de la recepción por parte del Usuario del bien o bienes comprados, entendiéndose en todo caso que el Usuario ha conocido el derecho de devolución desde que realiza el pedido. Para hacer efectiva la devolución el Usuario deberá notificar la misma mediante correo electrónico a DECORACIÓN MAR a la dirección botiga@decoracionmar.com, indicando los motivos de la devolución, quien le comunicará la forma en que puede enviarnos el pedido. Los gastos de envío que pueda ocasionar la devolución de la mercancía del Usuario correrán por cuenta de este, a excepción de los casos de envío erróneo o producto defectuoso. No se realizará la devolución cuando las deficiencias en los productos hayan sido ocasionadas por negligencias, uso o manipulación indebida del Usuario o cuando el desgaste de las mismas se deba a su uso normal. Para poder realizar la devolución el producto deberá estar en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original. Recibida la mercancía en los almacenes de DECORACIÓN MAR, previa comprobación de la misma se procederá al cambio de ésta por otra igual, similar o por el importe de la compra, sin incluir los gastos de envío.
