Our products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from purchase date. We offer a replacement part only warranty, not labour, providing the item has been fitted correctly by a competent person and not misused.
 
Items to be returned under warranty must be accompanied with a goods return form which is available by request from enquiries@agriandgarden.com. Returns are at the customers expense.
 
All damages or shortages must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt as claims cannot be made after this period.

The seat is more comfortable than the old one. It was slightly tricky to attach and involved improvisation (mostly as the previous owner of my tractor had bodged). The seller didn’t respond to an enquiry about whether they stocked brackets. More work is needed on the seat to improve the contact with the safety switch. It works but sometimes cut out on steep or uneven ground. I hope that the plastic will last.
