Best stick welder I've ever bought for the cost.
Compact, light and works well under pressure. Very impressed with this welder. It's been used everyday, often all day and has paid back it's outlay cost already. Even welds high carbon rods without effort. Fan keeps it cool and adjustment is easy, quality of weld is exceptional for a machine of such cost. I highly recommend this machine. If you are going to do lots of welding I would recommend a better welding mask but the one it comes with provides adequate protection and vision for short periods. Love this welder
I am a hobby welder . I bought this welder for welding with stick and to learn tig . Have used it for stick and found it welds beautifully . Easy to use and set up . I am waiting for tungsten and gas and can’t wait to try tig . But compared to stick welders I have used in the past this is a dream to use . Nice and easy to strike an arc and easy to maintain it . Very compact but copes well with heavy work.
Excellent for moderate DIY. Not used it as yet for a big project but great for normal routine repairs Welded hives onto 6mm material no bother at all. Lightweight for moving around which is handy too. Probably treat myself to a better quality face mask though as I can’t see the one supplied lasting too long!
