This is excellent paint. The gun can be washed with white spirit. You will know that it's vulnerable to chips and scrapes but it's fullness of colour and lustre is wonderful when it's overcoated within the 30mins. I haven't yet tried to put a clear coat over the top but I've tried limestone, record lathe blue and various other (lathe and engine) pigments and no disappointments.
