A soother not a preventer but would 100% recommend
I bought this last week for my holiday to Mexico. I’m 25 & since I was 18 I have got really aggressive prickly heat day 3 of my holiday. I take antihistamines & vitamins 6 weeks prior to hol & during, use sunbeds for 6 mins twice a week for a month & use a tan extender lotion & ultrasun sun cream which is specific for sensitive skin. I’ve been using this as my shower gel for each day of my hol morn & night in a cool shower. Unfortunately I still got prickly heat day 4 but I can honestly say it’s not half as bad as it has been in the past. Ofcourse I can’t credit this to the gel alone but I can say the PH lotion that I bought with it works wonders. I’ve been applying that at night & waking up rash & itch free. Unfortunately it does return if I go back out into the sun (which I am avoiding ... I bought this last week for my holiday to Mexico. I would 100% recommend buying the 2 products as I feel the duo really has helped me be able to avoid a much severer episode. Will be buying it every year!

Expensive but works!
I suffer from polymorphic light eruption & I use this when I go on holiday abroad. It certainly helps lessen the discomfort & I think reduces the level of the rashes. For anyone that suffers from this type of allergy finding any product that can lessen the severity is a godsend! It's such a shame that it is quite expensive for a such a small bottle.
