Standard Returns
 
We’re confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not, we offer a no quibble 60 days money back guarantee, starting from the day after delivery. Just send us a message via eBay letting us know that you wish to return your purchase and take note of the following conditions: .
 
1. We kindly request you to return all products as they were delivered in the original packing with no sign of part or full assembly or damage.
 
2. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer but we have a service in place to make all the return arrangements for you. The cost of a return is £40 per product. Alternatively you can return the items via your own tracked carrier. If you choose to do this please let us know when to expect the goods.
 
3. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of the goods having been received at our warehouse.
 
4. Please note that if you paid for an upgraded delivery service i.e Next day or Weekend delivery, that charge cannot be refunded.

"Normally we check all the items before dispatching, in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty, damaged goods or short part, please contact us for any Body or Glass damage or problem within 24 hours with the picture (there is no exception to this rule) and for any hardware problem (with the hardware number on the instruction chart) within 7 days of receipt (Excluding the Ceramic Lamps and items, which needs to be checked at the time of delivery). It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly, as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been fully or partly assembled or used. "
