Hi, we explained to you that the courier yodel had not released the item due to driver shortages and provided a tracking number for you to our fully tracked service, you received your item then opened a case for a refund, Ebay closed this case in my favour as the tracker GPS and photo ID showed you had the item. Waited a week for the items to arrive only to have been sent the wrong item. Sent a message to the seller straight away & had no reply. Rang them & I was told that the message would be passed on to the packers. I couldn't wait any longer as I had visitors coming & the toilet needed fixing so I had to go out and buy the part. When I told the seller this he said "You've had to go out & buy one so why would you need the order???". Never got a refund either so I would NOT recommend this seller 👎

We did reply to your message and asked you to open a returns request which would generate a free postage label to send back the incorrect item, you still haven't done this which is why you haven't received your refund yet
