Terms and conditions of the sale
Monumental Sports Supplements is a trading name of Monumental Trading Limited registered in England 11144955.
We accept Paypal only for items to be delivered and expect payment within 3 days if you're not required to pay immediately.
If you wish to collect an item, we only accept chip and pin or cash, if you pay via Paypal and request to collect, we will refund your payment as we are not covered for Paypal disputes. Please get in touch to arrange a collection as this will need to be arranged in advance.
Postage is to the UK mainland only and please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. We will normally dispatch your item within 1 working day and we will notify you via email with details of whom the item is being delivered by and a tracking number.
Deliveries will be via courier will need a signature on arrival. If nobody is in, the courier will leave a contact card so you can arrange delivery for another day. If we are unable to deliver the item to you we may at our discretion deliver the item to a neighbour or a safe place.
We try to deliver on time to the extent that is commercially reasonable. We usually make it, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery. We hold no responsibility for deliveries that exceed the stated timescale, which you accept upon ordering.
PLEASE NOTE OFFSHORE OR REMOTE LOCATIONS MAY INCUR A SURCHARGE TO THE FREE POSTAGE OFFERED.
1) Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
* The product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
* your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
* your order is susceptible to or suspected as fraud;
* we have reason to believe you are under 18;
* there was an error in the price quote;
* we could not deliver to the address provided by you
 
2) Retention of title
We retain title in the products until we have received full payment for all such products.
 
3) Liability
3.1 We shall only be liable for damages suffered by you in the event such damages result from attributable breach by us of its contractual obligations towards you, or in the event our liability follows from applicable statutory law.
 
3.2 The maximum reimbursement of any damages will (if applicable) be the purchase price of the products concerned.
 
3.3 We shall not be liable for damage incurred by a third party resulting from the use of any of our products. We shall not be liable for damage incurred by you as a result of your improper use of any of our products.
 
3.4 We are not liable for damages as a result of incorrect information on the Websites.
 
3.5 If any damages occur due to the customer failing to consult with any medical practitioner relating to taking any supplement will be classed as negligence on the part of the customer, with no liability to us.
 
4) How we use your information
We will never share your information with any third parties unless we need to in order to fulfil your order. We will never have access to your payment information but in some instances we may need to pass your delivery information to a third party supplier in order to fulfil your order or to deliver it. By confirming your order with us you consent to this agreement

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.
Returning an item:
I’ve changed my mind and don’t want the item any more.
You must notify us of your intent to cancel by emailing using the eBay messaging system within 30 days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
The item should be returned within 14 days.
A full refund of the order total will be processed however, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. This may take up to 7 working days.
I've had my item, used it but there is a problem with it. What shall I do?

I've received the wrong item. What shall I do?
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. We recommend using the eBay Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund and our team will advise the correct returns process. Unfortunately we are unable to send our replacements or exchanges.

For all returns, please include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return or the nature of any fault(s).
If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
We are unable to send replacement items or exchange goods.
