    I only got like a 3/4 teaspoon full of powder the picture looks puffy and fuller and the package says sample product 1 serving other than that it was shipped promptly, so now I have to order more it's a good product but if that's what they send they should specify it, (more plainly if I didn't see it)

    It's an exceptional good value and 5-ht is probably the best mood enhancer on the market. Point Blank

    I've been taking 5 HTP for 10 or 12 years. I've talked to everyone that I know who has mood issues about it and they all take it because it really does help. I couldn't live without it and Herobrine offers the best value as I've ever seen. I've took many different name brands and I can't really tell the difference between them. They all work it's just that some cost more than others. Your brand is an exceptionally good value.

    great for sleep & well being

    I use this to help me fall asleep. In college I used Nytol and became addicted to it. Maybe addicted is too strong a word. Reliant I guess you'd say. I got to the point I couldn't sleep without it. Then my body required more and more. Never touched the stuff again. When I learned of 5-HTP it was a game changer. I drift off to sleep very softly. It doesn't knock me out. And I have no problem waking up in the morning. It is very relaxing I just love it. Just purchased my 2nd bottle from the same Ebayer I bought from last time. 1 bottle lasts a long time and I've not had to up my dosage. I don't take it every night but if I needed to I'd have no problem doing so. It also is a mood booster if taken in the morning.

    Good product, good price

    It works for me, so I keep using it. I use this with theanine and GABA to get a decent sleep. It really helps me. I take these three supplements (5-HTP, L-Theanine. and GABA) before bed and am able to get a decent amount of sleep. They have been shown in a number of studies to reduce stress and anxiety and are in a number of pricey OTC supplements. I chose to spend less for more and buy this way. Nutricost has good products at a good price.
