J’avais payé pour une œuvre encadrée et le vendeur a du désencadre l’œuvre pour le transport mais je suis insatisfaite de l’état de actuel de l’œuvre . J’aimerais un dédommagement en argent ou je retourne l’œuvre à l’expéditeur . Un minimum de 30 % de la valeur de l’œuvre devrait m’être remboursée . Voir les photos .
