We offer 30 Working days/ 1 month warranty on all Used Parts. In cases of faulty or damaged parts we will supply a replacement. If a replacement cannot be sourced within a reasonable amount of time then a full refund will be issued of the purchase price. Replacement or refund will only be issued upon receipt of original invoice and return of the original part in the same condition as it was supplied with security marks still intact.
 
NH Parts Ltd will not reimburse any labour costs or charges for fitting/removal/changing of any parts supplied by the company under any circumstances.
