Exactly as described. The edges of paper (and where folded) were sodden and crinkled due to it being delivered in torrential rain - this is obviously the post office issue, and not the senders, but if they swapped from paper envelopes to plastic, this issue would be resolved as quite a bit of the paper is unusable now.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that the paper became wet on delivery, we have had some terrible rain and floods recently. I did swap several years ago and moved away from plastic packaging, and have never had any issues, but these are unusual weather conditions so hopefully we will have better weather soon.
