      Good quality and easy to assemble Bed Bug heating tent.

      The unit was easy to assemble and we had it quickly up and running in 20 minutes. The quality of components and hardware is good and the instructions were easy to follow. The deciding factor in purchasing this unit was that it ran off of one 110v outlet. Other units that we looked at required multiple circuits (one required 4). In regard to negative feedback, it is nominal but the S clips that hold the center racks in place are very loose and it would be nice if Dr. Infrared would design them a little bit more rigid. The temp gauge/meter is of good quality but you need to understand that the timer counts back and not forward as to how long the unit has been on. We deal with bed bugs daily at our men's homeless shelter and it is so nice to take their belongings and quickly bake the little ...

      Best option but could use improvements

      Although I am grateful for a solution that doesn't cost thousands of dollars I have three complaints about this bed bug heater: 1. The instructions are cursory, especially given how concerned most users will be to do things correctly, and the diagrams for assembly are faint. A link to a video would be great. 2. The hooks to hold the shelves on WILL NOT fit in half the holes pre-drilled in the poles. And I mean WILL NOT with the force of two adults twisting and grunting in awkward physical positions. The holes are simply inadequately made. Note that I did get the other half in, so it is not that I cannot figure out how to do it, although a better diagram and an explanation would have helped see complaint #1. 3. It takes HOURS to heat up to 120F and it's a really hot summer here! Would have ...
