I have always made everything from scratch but my bad health means i now need help. Finding mixes worth buying is not easy . This is a good one. Wash the fish and either dil in milk or leave moist with water then cover with the batter mix and place carefully into boiling oil. Inam old school so prefer lardπ try it you will not be disappointed . Jan
