Product Returns:
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. All returns must be sent to:

You have 30 working days to inform us that you are returning the item, provided the part has not been fitted and is still in its original packaging.
After informing us of the return, you have 7 days from that date to have the part delivered back to us. We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned part.
We will only grant a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any packaging and postage costs. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Please message us via eBay for a return authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not take liability for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. It is your responsibility to send any returns via recorded delivery along with your return authorization number.
No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of the problem with the part when necessary. This will help us resolve any issues with your transaction as soon as possible.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us; this applies to faulty and non-faulty parts, once goods are returned they will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested.
Product Exchanges: If you wish to return a product for an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping and handling fees. Any exchange will have to be agreed upon by first informing us of the issue with the part. Then at our discretion we will decide the next course of action. Just as with returns, you have 30 days to request an exchange with explanation, and then 7 days from that date (once we have come to an agreement) to return the part back to us.
Faulty Products: Any product returned as faulty, will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. This process can take up to 3 months, if needed customers will have to purchase a replacement part for the full value.
Once the manufacturer has provided an official report, declaring the part to be faulty only then will we refund you for your initial purchase. Manufacturer’s warranties differ from product to product, please don’t hesitate to message or call us with any questions or concerns. Important Information: If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, We will NOT be held responsible for any fitment/labour costs or any damage whatever sort including any recovery charges or transportation costs involving in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.

Product as described. A small issue about the courier not delivering to the correct address arose. When I spoke to "Recce" at Hinckley Motor spares he couldn't be more helpful. An employee his company should work very hard to keep. The exhaust was delivered by an honest neighbour of mine. Panic over. The lesson I took away with me is this company is prepared to look after its customers should something go wrong. Keep up the good work Hinckley!!!!

    1.4 HDi Crank pulley review.

    I work in the motor trade and Corteco, whilst not being a ' Premium' ( ie , Well known) brand , is certainly up there as far as the quality of their components is concerned. Having attended a trade talk by Gates, I was aware that there are fake parts in circulation that claim to be a torsional damper, but are in fact machined from one solid piece with 2 grooves machined with an O ring glued in the grooves , to give the impression that it a proper 2 part pulley. I have seen one cut in half to prove the point. I was glad to see that the Corteco part, even though sold at a very reasonable price, appears in all respects to be identical with the original component. As they say in the North ......." Proper Job". So avoid very cheap UNBRANDED TVD pulleys, which are out there.They are quite ...
