I bought this doll trusting her posted photos and her description, that the doll is in great condition and I paid the price of $119.99 and the total of $207.84 {shipping and vat} and when I received it I was shocked by its condition with her head and feet not staying in place and its hanging hands, a rag. Because I bought it without knowing its real condition at the fault of the seller I asked him to refund me $ 100 and pay for the package return but no response. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE
