Arrived today looks exactly as shown. I do wish it had some clearance in the handle to avoid smacking your pinking in the chopping rocking motion...but I also choke up on my steal, just under the hilt of the tang, so we'll see how it goes maybe I won't have that issue. Vs someone who holds their knife only on the handle of the tang . I'll be doing a full review on this on YouTube in a few weeks . For now I can say it looks nice. We'll see how she can keep up in a professional kitchen !
