Tried to resolve with them 3 times but ignoring my emails. Bought loads of these boards and half of them were unusable as damaged. Either they were already damaged or the fact they just wrapped in a little layer of clingfilm meant they were damaged in transit. Trying to return them but the return label is only for 2kg, mine weight 10kg in total. Trying to resolve, but no response. My advice is to avoid them

Note, these are wooden profile boards for use in construction application. Often with concrete poured on top of them so there is no need for them to be 'perfect' pieces of wood. If you choose to use them for something else then that is entirely up to you but the quality of the wood wouldn't usually matter for their true application.
