    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    Protectaclear metal coating

    This is a professional-grade coating to seal a metal surface in order prevent oxidation/corrosion. It is not particularly resistant to abrasion but stands up well normal jewelry wear. It IS a coating so its suitability for fine chains is problematic if there is a need for flexibility in the chain. For the same reason avoid use on hinges and moving parts ( it possible that thinning the product may work but a thinner coating will be more susceptible to penetration of moisture etc. The product arrives in metal containers- DO NOT store it in plastic containers since the product may degrade it! Instruction are included with the coating and are also available online. THEY MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY AND IN ORDER. NOTE: You will need fresh Xylene solvent ($10 a quart at Ace hardware etc.).     I purchased this because I had bought a championship ring as a souvenir of my sports team but within a month it began to turn copper. So I purchased this to use on a new replica ring. Followed instructions and it worked great. Even adds a shine to the ring and is undetectable. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep there electroplating intact.

    For the cost of this product it should at least come with a brush in the cap! It also sucks that it takes 4-5 days to fully cure. At this point I do not even know if the product works as advertised!
