You will notice a lot of off the shelf pork puffs include yeast extract or other additives to enhance the flavor. These have a nice, mild pork flavor taken as is, with a great crunch and not too hard as to cut up your mouth. I've only had one pork puff in two bowls worth that had a hard bit (about pea sized), so if you find crackling too hard, don't fear with these. Toss them up with some salt, or dip them into your favorite dressing. I'll be buying again
