    Another perfect example as to ebay's feedback system being completly ludicrous! Buyer messaged us and said they he did not receive everything in the tune up kit. We asked him what he was missing and also explained that the spark plug & oil filter were placed inside the air filter and placed back in the Moose bag. To date we have not received a reply back from the buyer. Just this negative feedback. We cannot help them if they don' respond. Feedback system is not working!!!
