    This seller sent me damaged bottle of shampoo it was leaking everywhere in the package I had to put the remaining un a Ziploc bag unbelievable. Then tries to offer me $10 a partial refund. And to make it worse she contact ebay and tries to get my account suspended this is horrible not fair to the buyer please be aware.

I DEF DID NOT SEND OUT A DAMAGED BOTTLE!! The same bottles of shampoo were mailed out with no issues. The HARD bottle was wrapped twice including lid in bubble wrap then wrapped in a thick bubble wrapper. I asked for pics that i nev got. Now c a zip lock bag 12 DAYS LATER!? 4REAL? MY GOD BLESS YOU.
