All of our TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty. If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.
Clearance & Reduced-Price TV’s
Some of our clearance or reduced TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty (please check individual listings for warranty information). If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.
Please note: warranty on clearance & reduced-price TV’s does not cover the fault as described at point of sale, or any further faults that may occur in relation to the fault described at point of sale.
What We Will Provide You
My product has developed a fault within 60 days of the purchase date
In this case, we can provide you with one of the following:

There is no need to fill out any paperwork or submit any forms, we simply keep a record of your purchase date as proof of your warranty period. When claiming the warranty, all you need to do is give us a call and provide the name and address used when making your order, and we’ll do the rest

Our Warranty Claims Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing
 
2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or device
 
Please note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.
 
3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day
 
4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!
Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.
 
All additional charges subject to VAT.
 
How Long will it Take?

We aim to provide a replacement or return the repaired unit within 3 working days from the date it was collected from you.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days however it may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

If you return a product that has been tampered with, we will return to sender at your cost.

I bought this to save all the moving around typing in program names for searches in things like BBC IPlayer - unfortunately this does not support this sort of thing so one is still using the ring to move. Spent far too much money on the LG tv that is not being kept up to date by LG!! Perhaps a remote keyboard will work better.

    Remote does not pair with TV

    The remote comes preset to work with the TV. However it is only able to turn the TV on/off, change the channel and adjust the volume. When I press the "OK" button it tries to pair with the TV but fails and as such the other features of the TV are not able to be controlled with the remote.

    Just works

    We lost our original magic remote, prime suspect was our youngest who liked to put everything in the kitchen bin. We tried the lg remote from argos, but that didn't work for the "magic" elements. Found this which is the same as we got originally, and it just worked perfectly from the moment batteries where installed
