Terrible seller. Having selected the wrong address during checkout they immediately refunded me, very kind. I then asked if they could put the quantity back up to 1 so I could checkout again with correct address. No reply from them. Now they have done so, BUT they are expecting me to pay over £5 extra for the same DVD (£24.99 rather than £19.95) and whereas postage was originally free they now want me to pay £2.78 for postage too! Sorry, you won't be getting a purchase from me after all!

As explained to you via messages. When the item was relisted on ebay this was from a new batch of stock which was at a higher cost from our supplier. As explained postage costs have increased and we are no longer able to offer free postage on many items. We are sorry that you are disappointed, but we cannot supply items at a price where we actually lose money on the sale.
