Parcel arrived 22-06-21 instead of 16-06-21 as per UPS tracking service , had to constantly email UPS and 18 calls made to customer services and email to CEO of UPS over six days and finally received the parcel. No fault of sender as address is on the order sent so had no clue why UPS had address of Homeless Shelter (145 Conduit Street ).
