The packaging was excellent, mitigating any potential damage in transit. This is a commercial unit with a 15A plug. I used a 15A to 10A converter (purchased from Bunnings). The unit is very well built, stainless steel and looks awesome. It heats up super fast, much faster than my previous cooktop. Highly recommended.
