      Easy to use, with good quality recording and small size

      Ease of operation, small convenient size, quality of recording are the things I like about this recorder. The default settings are good for most purposes and there are a few things to adjust if you ever need to set them. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the inbuilt microphones: an external microphone will usually be better but the inbuilt ones were quite good. The display is bright and informative. People should be aware that the battery is internal and cannot be changed by the user, which may be a problem if you are a long way away from a power source for charging. I also find the Sony recorder good for playing music through headphones and listening to FM radio. The headphone volume is more than adequate on my Sennheiser HD414s. In summary, I like the Sony ICD-UX560F a lot.
