    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control !     TANNERY Leather Cleaner

    I had thought they quit making this product (as is usual when you find something of thick as liber). Tannery is in a class of it's own, with no second. Tannery not only cleans,but preconditions newer and very old leather. NOTHING better!
